What Dixit covers from the Official Journal of the EU
Dixit takes in the acts published in the Official Journal of the European Union, linked to the legislative file where the link exists.
Published acts, linked to legislative files when that relationship is available.
In detail
| What you find there | Example types |
|---|---|
| Secondary legislation | Regulations, delegated regulations, implementing regulations |
| Directives | Directives, delegated and implementing directives |
| Decisions | Decisions and their delegated and implementing variants |
| Non-binding acts | Recommendations, opinions, resolutions |
| International commitments | Agreements, treaties, protocols |
The rhythm
New acts are integrated on the day of publication from the Publications Office reference source, which provides the official metadata.
The act linked to its file
On the European side, the link between a published act and the legislative file that produced it is established. From a procedure, you can therefore see the final act; from the act, you can go back to the file. That is what lets you tell a client, with the evidence to hand, what the political compromise actually produced in the published text.
The full text is searchable word for word, and every act whose text is taken in gets an automatically generated summary.
