All account requests go through us, deliberately.

We open the accounts for you. That lets us check that the number of accesses matches your contract, and keep track of every arrival and every departure in your organisation.
Someone is leaving the team
Write to us: we deactivate their account and create their replacement’s.
What does remain, on the other hand
The labels and comments they added stay visible to your organisation, provided sharing is enabled for your organisation. That is why we recommend asking us for it on day one, and not on the day someone leaves.
