Commenting on an amendment for the team
You add a comment from the amendment’s row, with the Comment amendment button, and it stays attached to the amendment for your team.

In detail
Your colleagues read your comments, add to them and reply to them. On a sensitive amendment, a comment is better than a message sent somewhere else, for two reasons: it stays attached to the object, and it comes through in the export.
What it changes in practice
A comment written while reading an amendment bundle becomes a line in your analysis note, with no retyping: it comes through in the Word overview export of the amendment report, next to the amendment.
Who sees them
Your organisation, if comment sharing is enabled for it. Otherwise, you alone. Never another client.
