Which organisations are tracked for their publications?
Dixit takes what trade associations, think tanks, research bodies, foundations and public bodies publish, plus French unions and associations.
The types of organisation covered, and how to receive what they publish.
In detail
Dixit takes what organisations publish on their own websites: position statements, press releases, reactions to a text. Tracking covers specific types of organisation, in France and in Europe alike.
The organisations covered
- Trade associations and professional organisations.
- Think tanks and research bodies.
- Foundations.
- Public bodies.
- Unions and associations, NGOs included, for France.
These organisations come from the registers of interest representatives: the HATVP register in France, the EU Transparency Register in Europe. Dixit adds by hand think tanks, political foundations and public institutes that appear in neither register.
One publication, several issuers
When several organisations sign the same publication together, it is attached to each of them, without duplicates. You find it on each signatory’s profile, and it appears only once in your searches.
NGOs
In France, NGOs set up as associations are among the organisations tracked. For an NGO registered as such in the EU Transparency Register, go through its consultation responses and its register profile: that is where Dixit gathers its positions.
Receiving their publications
Tick the Stakeholder communications source in your keyword alert. Your keywords apply to the title, the summary and the body of each publication. PDF and Word attachments are split into searchable pages.
