What my colleagues see of my work

Your colleagues see your labels and comments if sharing is enabled for your organisation; your alerts and searches stay personal.

A setting worth knowing, because it changes what each person exports.

In detail

When sharing is enabled, everyone in your organisation sees and exports everyone’s annotations. When it is not, each person sees only their own.

What we recommend

Enable it. A team working on the same files with annotations kept in silos does the same work three times over without knowing. And sharing is what lets you pick up the work of a colleague who leaves.

Where to set it

Sharing is set at organisation level. To keep labels and comments separate within a team, or to share them again, write to support@dixitplatform.com: the request is handled the same day. You can see the state of sharing in Preferences, Personalisation block, and the list of members in the Members block, read only.

What stays personal

Alerts and searches stay personal, even with sharing enabled. And your personalised sitting summaries are visible to you alone, including within your organisation.
