There you follow the coming stages of an initiative, read the contributions filed by the other stakeholders, filter them by type of actor, by country or by date, and export the result.
The use that really matters
Mapping who has spoken and in which direction, before you build your own position. This information is often worth more than an analysis of the text itself: it tells you where the allies are and where the dividing lines run.
