When you follow a file, you receive an alert when the first amendment is tabled at each stage, and not for every amendment. That is deliberate: this first tabling is a signal, what follows is volume.
In practice this signal often arrives before the examination date is announced by the Conférence des présidents. It leaves you a few days to prepare your position, which is exactly the window you need.
The other useful signal
Follow the committee handling the bill, in Search > Assemblée Nationale / Sénat > Bodies. Tick the Meetings source: you receive its upcoming meetings, with their titles. A meeting put in the committee’s calendar is an even earlier signal than the tabling of amendments.
