General terms and conditions of sale
In force as of 10 September 2026. The Customer's subscription is governed by the quotation, these general terms and conditions of sale and the general terms of use, taken together.

These general terms and conditions of sale (the “Terms of Sale”) set out the legal framework governing the sale and supply of the services (the “Services”) offered by Dixit Platform.
These Terms of Sale are available on the website under the heading “Terms of Sale”. They apply in addition to the general terms of use (the “Terms of Use”), available under the heading “Terms of Use”, which govern access to and use of the Platform.
Article 1 : The parties
The agreement is entered into between Dixit Platform, a French simplified joint-stock company (société par actions simplifiée) with a share capital of EUR 14,000, registered with the Nanterre Trade and Companies Register under number 882 900 590, whose registered office is at 146 Boulevard Voltaire, 92600 Asnières-sur-Seine, France (“Dixit Platform”), and the professional customer identified in the quotation (the “Customer”).
Dixit Platform contracts exclusively with professionals, meaning persons using the Platform for their own requirements in the course of their professional activity. The Customer represents that it has full legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
The natural persons whom the Customer authorises to access the Services are referred to as the “Users”. The Customer is answerable for their compliance with these Terms of Sale and with the Terms of Use.
Article 2 : Contractual documents and order of precedence
The contractual set binding the parties is composed of the following documents, listed in descending order of precedence. In the event of a conflict, the higher-ranking document prevails for the provision concerned:
the quotation, or the purchase order, constituting the special conditions signed by the Customer: scope subscribed for, number of users, subscription level, programmatic access, price and term;
the data processing agreement referred to in article 15, for everything concerning the processing of personal data;
these Terms of Sale;
the Terms of Use;
the online technical documentation, for technical aspects only.
Any acceptance of a quotation, express or implied, constitutes full and unreserved acceptance of that contractual set in the version in force on the date of the quotation concerned, which the Customer represents that it has read and understood. Acceptance can only be full and unreserved.
The contractual documents are drawn up in French. Dixit Platform also publishes an English version of them. The version applicable to a subscription is the version in the language of the quotation: a quotation drawn up in French entails the application of the French-language documents, and a quotation drawn up in English entails the application of their English version.
In the event of any discrepancy between the French version and the English version of the same document, the French version prevails for the interpretation of the provision concerned. Both versions follow the same versioning regime and remain available at their respective permanent addresses.
Article 3 : Definitions
Platform: the web platform for political information and analysis published by Dixit Platform, together with its features, accessible through a web interface and, where the quotation so provides, through the API and the MCP connector.
Services: the services described in article 4 and subscribed for in the quotation.
Account: the named access granted to a User.
Customer Data: the data transmitted, entered or generated by the Customer and its Users in the course of using the Services, in particular monitoring settings, alerts, saved searches and the profile completed by each User.
API: the set of programmatic endpoints exposed by Dixit Platform allowing the data and features of the Platform to be queried. API key: the secret credential issued to the Customer to authenticate its requests.
MCP connector: the server exposed by Dixit Platform under the Model Context Protocol, allowing a Third-Party Assistant to query the Platform on behalf of a User. Tool: a single operation exposed by the connector and callable by the Third-Party Assistant.
Third-Party Assistant: the conversational assistance application chosen and subscribed for by the Customer from a third-party publisher, to which the Customer connects the MCP connector.
Call: a single request to an API endpoint or to a Tool of the connector. Quota: the volume of calls included over a reference period. Rate limit: the maximum call rate permitted per unit of time.
Pro Licence: the subscription level to the Platform identified as such in the quotation or, failing an express mention, the level which Dixit Platform confirms in writing to correspond to the scope subscribed for.
API service level: the tier subscribed for in the quotation in respect of the API. It is distinct from, and does not depend on, the subscription level to the Platform.
Article 4 : The Services
The subscription to the Platform includes the following Services:
Monitoring: Dixit Platform provides a solution for following French and European institutional and parliamentary activity. That monitoring operates in particular, but not exclusively, by keyword or by legislative file. This Service is included in the “Essential” and “Pro” subscription levels.
Search: Dixit Platform provides a centralised, integrated database of parliamentary and institutional output, searchable by keyword. This Service is included in the “Essential” and “Pro” subscription levels.
Strategy: Dixit Platform provides a parliamentary strategy module allowing Parliament to be mapped through statistics. This Service is included in the “Pro” subscription level.
The MCP connector, governed by article 11: it is included in the Pro Licence, at no separate charge and without any need for it to be mentioned in the quotation.
The API does not form part of the subscription to the Platform. It is a separate product, subscribed for and invoiced separately, and governed by article 10.
In addition to those Services, a dedicated onboarding service is provided to ensure the Platform is taken up to best effect. That service consists of initial training and ongoing support.
The geographic scope and the subscription level subscribed for are set out in the quotation. To benefit from the Services, the Customer must take out a subscription and its Users must hold an Account.
The Services develop regularly and are continually improved by Dixit Platform, which regularly builds new features. Dixit Platform informs the Customer fifteen (15) days in advance, by any written means, where a Service described in this article, including the MCP connector, is withdrawn or materially changed.
Article 5 : Account, Users and right of use
Dixit Platform grants the Customer, for the term of the subscription, a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use the Services, within the limits of the scope and the number of users subscribed for in the quotation. That right entails no assignment of intellectual property rights.
Creating an Account requires certain information to be provided, collected and retained as detailed in our privacy policy. As that information is used in particular to invoice the Services, the Customer undertakes to provide accurate and truthful information and to keep it up to date.
Registration under a false name, impersonation, and registration with false contact details, generic contact details or a false professional status are strictly prohibited. Dixit Platform reserves the right to suspend the Account and access to the Services, without compensation or refund, if those rules are found to have been breached. Accounts provided free of charge outside a subscription may be suspended at any time.
Each Account is personal and may not be shared. The Customer ensures the confidentiality of its Users’ credentials. Any use made through a User’s credentials is deemed to originate from the Customer and falls under its responsibility. The regime applying to the trial account and to the delegated authorisation given to an assistant is set out in article 2 of the Terms of Use.
Article 6 : Term, renewal and termination
All subscriptions run for one year, unless otherwise stated in the quotation. The subscription starts on receipt of the signed quotation, unless otherwise stated in the quotation. Subscriptions may also be the subject of a purchase order. Access to the API, which is a separate product, is granted for its own term as stated in the quotation.
Subscriptions do not renew automatically. Renewal requires a new quotation, which entails acceptance of the Terms of Sale in force on its date.
6.1 Termination by the Customer
The subscription may be terminated before its term by a request sent by email to the Customer’s usual contact or to contact@dixitplatform.com. Termination carries no penalty and gives rise to no refund of the current period, which runs to its term.
6.2 Termination by Dixit Platform
Dixit Platform reserves the right to terminate any subscription without notice, without refund of sums paid and by any means, where the Terms of Use or these Terms of Sale are breached and the breach is not remedied after two notifications, including by email. In such cases, termination takes effect on receipt of the termination notice.
6.3 Termination for material breach
Where either party materially breaches its obligations and fails to remedy the breach within thirty (30) days of a formal notice that has remained without effect, the other party may terminate the agreement as of right, without prejudice to damages.
6.4 Effects
Termination or expiry of the subscription brings access to the Platform, to the API and to the MCP connector to an end, and entails the revocation of API keys and of the authorisations granted to the connector.
Article 7 : Price and payment terms
7.1 Price
Prices are set out in the quotation. The subscription to the Platform and access to the API appear as separate lines in the quotation and are invoiced separately. The MCP connector gives rise to no invoicing. Prices are exclusive of tax, per year and per user, VAT being payable in addition at the applicable rate. Dixit Platform reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to offer promotional offers or price reductions. Prices may be revised at each renewal, which is the subject of a new quotation.
7.2 Payment terms
The total price of each subscription is payable at the start of the subscription, unless otherwise stated in the quotation or the purchase order. Payment is made by bank transfer. Invoices for the Services are sent by email.
7.3 Late payment and payment incidents
Any delay or incident in the payment of all or part of a sum due automatically entails, without prior formal notice and without prejudice to any other action Dixit Platform may bring, the immediate suspension of access to the Services until all sums due have been paid in full, together with the charging of late payment interest at three times the statutory interest rate in force on the order date, applied to the whole of the sums due. A professional in default of payment is additionally liable as of right for a fixed recovery indemnity of EUR 40, in accordance with articles L. 441-10 and D. 441-5 of the French Commercial Code.
Article 8 : Dixit Platform’s obligations
8.1 Provision of the Services
Dixit Platform provides the Services with the care and diligence of a professional, in accordance with good industry practice, and deploys the means necessary to ensure their availability and security. Dixit Platform is bound by a best-efforts obligation, save for the quantified availability commitment subscribed for, where applicable, in respect of the API under article 10.
8.2 Confidentiality of usage data
Dixit Platform irrevocably undertakes, save where required by law or ordered by a judicial authority, to treat as strictly confidential the data generated by the Customer’s use of its services, including queries, monitoring settings and call logs. Dixit Platform undertakes, for itself and for its employees, not to use, allow the use of, or disclose to anyone, directly or indirectly and in any form, the substance of those data.
8.3 Security and location
The technical and organisational measures implemented by Dixit Platform, the location of processing and the retention periods are set out in the annexes to the data processing agreement referred to in article 15.
8.4 Insurance
Dixit Platform undertakes to take out professional liability insurance with an insurance company of its choosing.
Article 9 : The Customer’s obligations
9.1 Compliance with applicable law
The Customer undertakes to comply with applicable laws and regulations, not to infringe the rights of third parties or public order, and warrants the lawfulness of the data it transmits.
9.2 Limitations of the Services
The Customer undertakes to acquaint itself with the limitations of the Services. It is solely responsible for its use of the Services and for its decision to take out a subscription. Dixit Platform may under no circumstances be held liable if the Customer finds that the Services do not meet its requirements. Use of the Services requires an internet connection, and the quality of the Services therefore depends directly on the quality of that connection, for which the Customer is solely responsible.
9.3 Compliant use
The Customer uses the Services in accordance with the agreement, the documentation and applicable regulation. It refrains from any misuse, on the terms of article 12.
9.4 The Customer’s decisions
Decisions taken by the Customer on the basis of information provided by the Services are its sole responsibility.
Article 10 : Programmatic access through the API
The API is a product distinct from the subscription to the Platform. It is subscribed for separately in the quotation and invoiced separately, and subscribing to it is not necessary in order to use the Platform. The subscription to the Platform of itself confers no right of access to the API, and subscribing to the API confers no right over features of the Platform that have not been subscribed for.
10.1 Access and security
Access to the API is personal and reserved to the Customer. Dixit Platform provides one or more API keys according to the service level subscribed for, together with access to the online technical documentation. Each request must be authenticated with a valid key, transmitted through a secure header and over an encrypted connection. The Customer is responsible for the confidentiality of its keys; any request issued with a key of the Customer is deemed to originate from it. Where compromise is suspected, the Customer informs Dixit Platform without delay so that the key may be revoked and reissued. A test environment is made available from the service level that so provides.
10.2 Scope
The API gives access to the data and features of the Platform within the limits of the scope subscribed for. The online technical documentation is authoritative for strictly technical aspects and develops continuously; it does not replace the contractual commitments set out here. The opening of new endpoints does not alter the pricing terms in force without the agreement of the parties.
10.3 Volume
Use of the API is governed by the call quota and the maximum rate set out in the quotation. Where the quota is reached, excess calls are invoiced at the unit price stated in the quotation or, failing an agreement on overage, the API returns a standard error code until the following period. Exceeding the maximum rate results in requests being temporarily rejected without consuming quota.
10.4 Availability
Dixit Platform commits to the monthly availability rate of the API in production set out in the quotation. Availability is measured over the calendar month. The following are not counted against availability: planned maintenance windows announced in advance, interruptions attributable to the Customer or to its integrations, failures of third-party services outside Dixit Platform’s control, and events of force majeure.
10.5 Service credits
Where the monthly availability recorded falls below the rate subscribed for, the Customer may request a service credit, applied against the following invoice: 10% of the monthly charge where the availability recorded is below the rate subscribed for and equal to or above 99.0%, 25% where it is below 99.0% and equal to or above 95.0%, and 50% where it is below 95.0%. Service credits are the exclusive compensation due in respect of a failure to meet availability. They are capped at 100% of the monthly charge for the month concerned and must be requested in writing within thirty (30) days following that month.
10.6 Maintenance, versions and deprecation
Planned maintenance is announced at least 48 to 72 hours in advance and scheduled outside business hours so far as possible. In the event of a security vulnerability or a critical incident, Dixit Platform may intervene without notice, informing the Customer as soon as possible. The API is versioned and non-backward-compatible changes are the subject of a new version. The withdrawal of an endpoint or of a version is notified to the Customer with at least three (3) months’ notice, extended to six (6) months for the Enterprise service level.
10.7 Support
Support is available by email, and through a dedicated channel for the Enterprise level. First response times depend on the service level subscribed for and on the severity of the incident. They are set out in the quotation or, failing that, are provided during business hours with an indicative time of two business days. Business hours means business days in France, from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
This article does not apply to the MCP connector.
Article 11 : Programmatic access through the MCP connector
11.1 Nature and scope
The MCP connector allows the Customer to query the Platform from a Third-Party Assistant of its choosing. It operates on a read-only basis: no Tool writes, alters or deletes any data on the Platform. The scope that may be queried is strictly that of the Customer’s subscription. The connector opens no access to data, geographic scopes or features that the Customer has not subscribed for, nor to those of another customer.
11.2 Conditions of access
Access is personal to each User. It relies on delegated authentication with Dixit Platform’s identity provider, using the same credentials and the same permissions as web access. There is no shared key at Customer level. The connector is included in the Pro Licence. It is not open to other subscription levels, save for a trial period granted in writing by Dixit Platform, lasting one month and non-renewable, at the end of which access ceases as of right unless the Customer moves to a Pro Licence.
The two accounts are matched by email address: connection is possible only where the address of the User’s account with the publisher of the Third-Party Assistant is the address of their Dixit account. A different address prevents matching and access is refused. It is for the Customer to satisfy itself of this before requesting access. That requirement contributes to compliance with article 11.3, since a personal assistant account does not carry the User’s professional address.
11.3 Choice of Third-Party Assistant
The Customer remains free to choose the Third-Party Assistant and bears the cost of its subscription with that publisher. Dixit Platform does not supply the Third-Party Assistant and warrants neither its availability, nor its behaviour, nor its lasting compatibility with the connector. The Customer authorises connection only from Third-Party Assistant accounts covered by an agreement it has itself entered into with that publisher, to the exclusion of its Users’ personal accounts. It warrants its Users’ compliance with this provision and, at Dixit Platform’s request, confirms in writing the Third-Party Assistant and the agreement under which access is opened.
11.4 Volume
Use of the connector is subject to no call quota, no usage-based charging and no deduction from the API quota where the Customer has also subscribed to the API. Dixit Platform may implement, at any time and without notice, technical measures to limit throughput, to cap requests temporarily or to queue them, for the sole purpose of preserving the stability, security and quality of service of the Platform for all of its customers. Those measures constitute neither a contractual quota nor a change to the scope subscribed for, and their implementation gives rise to no indemnity or service credit.
11.5 Service level
The connector follows the availability regime of access to the Platform: Dixit Platform provides it under the best-efforts obligation set out in article 8.1. No quantified availability rate is warranted and no service credit is due in respect of the connector, including where the Customer has also subscribed to the API at a service level carrying a warranted rate: the rate subscribed for in the quotation covers the API alone.
11.6 Interruptions not attributable to Dixit Platform
The following are not attributable to Dixit Platform and do not constitute a breach on its part: the unavailability, degradation or modification of the Third-Party Assistant or of its publisher’s services, the disconnection or expiry of the authorisation granted by the User from that assistant, a change in the protocol or in the authentication mechanisms implemented by that publisher, and the configuration and use of the assistant by the Customer or its Users. Dixit Platform’s support covers the connector and the Platform; it does not cover the configuration, internal operation or settings of the Third-Party Assistant, for which the Customer should approach its publisher. Dixit Platform will nonetheless assist the Customer, so far as its means allow and without any commitment as to time, in identifying the origin of a connection difficulty.
11.7 Changes
The connector is provided as is and in its current version. The protocol on which it relies and the ecosystem of assistants implementing it are developing rapidly. Dixit Platform may accordingly add, modify, rename or withdraw Tools, and change their behaviour, their parameters or the format of their responses, without those changes constituting a modification of the scope subscribed for. The deprecation notice provided for the API in article 10.6 does not apply to the connector; where the connector is withdrawn or its operation materially changed, the fifteen (15) days’ notice provided in article 4 applies. Opening a Tool that writes, alters or deletes data on the Platform, or that allows the Customer to deposit or store its own documents, files or recordings there, is not a change within the meaning of this article: it requires the prior amendment provided for in the data processing agreement.
11.8 Role of the parties in respect of data
The Customer connects to the connector from a Third-Party Assistant it has itself chosen and subscribed for, under its own agreement and its own data processing agreement entered into with that publisher. The Customer alone determines the purposes and means of the processing carried out by that assistant. The publisher of the Third-Party Assistant acts in that respect on the Customer’s behalf and is not a sub-processor of Dixit Platform within the meaning of the data processing agreement referred to in article 15; it is not intended to appear in the annex listing authorised sub-processors.
Depending on the Tool called, the connector returns public institutional data together with the monitoring settings, alerts and saved searches specific to the User’s account. Those elements are transmitted to the Third-Party Assistant at the User’s request and processed there on the terms of the agreement between the Customer and that assistant’s publisher. It is for the Customer to satisfy itself that this agreement is compatible with its own obligations, in particular as regards the location of processing and the non-training of models.
11.9 Opening of access
The opening of the connector for the Customer is recorded in writing between the parties, in particular by an exchange of emails. As the connector is included in the Pro Licence at no separate charge, that writing need not appear in the quotation. It identifies the declared Third-Party Assistant and constitutes the Customer’s documented instruction to make its account data available to that assistant at its Users’ request, as well as the prior written agreement required under the data processing agreement where that assistant processes outside the European Union.
11.10 Logging
Calls to the connector are logged by Dixit Platform on the same terms as other access to the Platform, for security purposes, to detect abnormal use and to provide assistance. The categories of data logged, their retention periods and the conditions of access to those logs are set out in the annex on technical and organisational measures to the data processing agreement.
Article 12 : Prohibited uses and suspension
The following are prohibited in particular, whichever means of access is used:
sharing, reselling or making available API keys, MCP connector credentials or the data obtained, to an unauthorised third party;
circumventing quotas, rate limits or security mechanisms;
the qualitatively or quantitatively substantial extraction or re-utilisation of all or part of Dixit Platform’s database, including through repeated or systematic calls to a Tool of the MCP connector, through automation or through an instruction given to a Third-Party Assistant, beyond the individual consultation necessary for the Customer’s own requirements;
the constitution, from the data obtained, of a corpus, index, database or training set intended to be retained, exploited or distributed beyond the term and the scope of the agreement;
connecting the MCP connector from a Third-Party Assistant account not covered by an agreement subscribed for by the Customer, in breach of article 11.3;
any use liable to compromise the security, integrity or availability of the Platform.
The absence of a quota in respect of the MCP connector, provided in article 11.4, does not amount to authorisation to extract: it facilitates ordinary conversational use and does not alter the prohibitions in this article.
In the event of a breach, Dixit Platform may suspend the access concerned after notification, without prejudice to the other remedies provided in the agreement. Where the security or integrity of the Platform is demonstrably impaired, or in the event of non-payment, suspension may be immediate, Dixit Platform informing the Customer without delay. Suspension may target a single means of access without affecting the others.
Article 13 : Intellectual property and database producer’s right
The Platform, the Services, the API, the MCP connector, their documentation, their structure and the databases they operate remain the exclusive property of Dixit Platform or of its partners. The agreement entails no assignment of intellectual property rights to the Customer, which holds a mere right of use limited to the term and the scope of the agreement.
Dixit Platform is the producer, within the meaning of articles L. 341-1 et seq. of the French Intellectual Property Code, of the database constituted by the collection, verification, structuring and enrichment of the institutional and parliamentary information made available on the Platform, and expressly reserves all rights attaching to that capacity. That right is independent of, and additional to, any protection of the content by copyright. The corresponding prohibitions are set out in article 4 of the Terms of Use and in article 12 of these Terms of Sale, and apply whichever means of access is used.
Customer Data remain the property of the Customer or, where applicable, of the organisation on whose behalf it uses the Platform.
Article 14 : Confidentiality
Each party undertakes to keep confidential the non-public information of the other party of which it becomes aware in connection with the agreement, to use it only for the purposes of the agreement, and to protect it with the same care as its own confidential information. That undertaking remains in force throughout the term of the agreement and for three (3) years after its end. It is in addition to Dixit Platform’s undertaking in article 8.2.
Article 15 : Protection of personal data
Dixit Platform acts in two distinct capacities. As a processor, in respect of the account and usage data of the Customer’s Users, the monitoring settings the Customer configures and the profile each User completes. As a controller, in respect of the processing of public data relating to the institutional activity of public office holders and interest representatives, which is the substance of the Services, and in respect of the management of its own commercial relationships.
The processing carried out by Dixit Platform as a processor, on behalf of the Customer as controller, including through the API and the MCP connector, is governed by the data processing agreement made under article 28 GDPR, annexed to these Terms of Sale and available on request. That agreement is signed by the parties at the Customer’s request. It prevails over these Terms of Sale for everything concerning the processing of personal data.
The description of the processing, the categories of data and of data subjects, the list of authorised sub-processors, the technical and organisational security measures and the audit arrangements are set out in the annexes to that agreement.
The undertakings relating to Customer Data and to the non-training of artificial intelligence models are set out in article 3 bis of the Terms of Use.
For any question relating to data protection, Dixit Platform’s point of contact may be reached at dpo@dixitplatform.com.
The processing carried out by Dixit Platform as a controller, the categories of data concerned, the recipients, the retention periods, transfers outside the European Union and the arrangements for exercising rights are described in its privacy policy, published at https://www.dixitplatform.com/en/privacy-policy. That policy also describes what is transmitted to a Third-Party Assistant when the connector is called. Information for the persons whose public data are re-processed is set out in the notice made under article 14 GDPR, accessible from that policy.
Article 16 : Liability
Each party is liable for the direct damage caused to the other by the non-performance of its obligations.
Save in the event of gross negligence or wilful misconduct, and to the extent permitted by law, Dixit Platform’s total liability under the agreement, for all heads of loss combined and whatever the number or basis of the claims, is capped at the total amount of the sums paid by the Customer during the twelve (12) months preceding the triggering event. That cap covers the whole of the contractual relationship, including the data processing agreement referred to in article 15.
Dixit Platform is not liable for indirect damage such as loss of business, loss of turnover, loss of data not attributable to Dixit Platform, damage to reputation or loss of opportunity.
The sources of the information published are deemed reliable, without Dixit Platform warranting that the Services are free from defects, errors or omissions, or that the results are exhaustive. Dixit Platform cannot be held liable for changes in administrative or legal provisions occurring after a piece of information is published, or for the use and interpretation the Customer makes of the information obtained.
As regards the MCP connector, Dixit Platform is liable neither for the content produced by the Third-Party Assistant from the data returned, nor for the reformulations, summaries or inferences it makes, nor for the processing carried out by its publisher.
This article is without effect on the right of a data subject to bring proceedings under article 82 GDPR or on the powers of supervisory authorities.
Article 17 : Force majeure
Neither party may be held liable for a failure to perform its obligations resulting from an event of force majeure within the meaning of article 1218 of the French Civil Code. The affected party informs the other without delay. Where the event of force majeure continues beyond sixty (60) days, either party may terminate the agreement without indemnity.
Article 18 : Reversibility and return of data
At the Customer’s request made during the term of the agreement or within thirty (30) days following its end, Dixit Platform makes the Customer Data available in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, so that they may be retrieved. After that period, Dixit Platform deletes them on the terms provided in the data processing agreement, save where retention is required by law.
Article 19 : Changes to these Terms of Sale
Dixit Platform may amend, update or develop these Terms of Sale. The version applicable to a current subscription is the version accepted on the date of the quotation, and subsequent changes apply from the renewal of that subscription, which is the subject of a new quotation.
By way of exception, changes made necessary by a development in legislation, regulation or case law, or by the doctrine of a supervisory authority, apply to the current subscription and are notified by any appropriate means fifteen (15) days before they take effect.
Article 20 : Miscellaneous
The agreement may not be assigned by the Customer without the prior written consent of Dixit Platform. It expresses the entire agreement of the parties and supersedes any prior agreement on the same subject matter. Where a provision is held void, unlawful or unenforceable, it is deemed unwritten and the remaining provisions continue to apply.
Article 21 : Governing law and dispute resolution
These Terms of Sale are governed by French law. The parties shall endeavour to settle amicably any dispute relating to the interpretation, performance or termination of the agreement.
Failing an amicable settlement, any dispute falls within the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tribunal des activités économiques of Nanterre, successor to the Nanterre Commercial Court, notwithstanding multiple defendants, third-party proceedings or summary proceedings.
Article 22 : Entry into force
These general terms and conditions of sale enter into force on the date stated beneath their title. They replace the general terms and conditions of sale in force on 12 May 2026, together with the framework subscription agreement of 22 July 2026 and its programmatic access annex, which are no longer offered.
Version in force since September 10, 2026. Every published version is archived at a permanent address, listed on the Legal documents page.
