French and English
The contractual documents are drawn up in French and also published in English. The applicable version is the one in the language of the quotation, article 2 of the general terms and conditions of sale, and the French version prevails in the event of a discrepancy of interpretation.
How to read the versions
The version applicable to a subscription is the version in force on the date of the quotation, article 19 of the general terms and conditions of sale. Later changes apply only from renewal, save for those required by a development in the law, which are notified fifteen days before they take effect. Every published version remains available at its permanent address, so that the text accepted on a given date can always be produced.
