Due to the nature of its activity, Dixit Platform SAS and its team are particularly committed to complying with current laws and regulations related to the protection and security of personal data.

From the design phase of its tools and algorithms, Dixit Platform has implemented measures to ensure the protection, confidentiality, and security of individuals' personal data (privacy by design). These measures are an integral part of the personal data protection policy described below.

Data collected

The data collected on parliamentary activities are public data, primarily sourced from open data provided by the EU institutions, the French National Assembly, the French Senate or the Official Journal.

Primary purpose of data processing

Data are collected and processed to create and organize an automated database of public information available through open data and information posted by public figures on Twitter. This database is capable of generating intelligible and actionable analysis reports on a given topic.

Processing is carried out with respect for the fundamental rights of the individuals concerned. The data processed are relevant to the pursued objective, and files are deleted and reconstituted from primary data sources daily.

The collected and processed data have been made public by the individuals concerned. No sensitive or private data that are not of a public nature are processed.

Data from elected officials Twitter accounts also contribute to the processing purpose, as they help understand their main interests and concerns.

Dixit Platform SAS clients are informed about the context in which the data used to generate the reports were initially collected, as well as the reasonable expectations of the individuals concerned regarding the potential subsequent uses of their data.

Data retention

Data processing deletes all previously collected data daily and collects all data from these primary data producers at the same pace.

Rights of access, modification, rectification, and objection to personal data

Individuals concerned have the right to request from Dixit Platform SAS, access to their data, rectification or erasure of their data, restriction of processing, and the right to object to processing. Individuals also have a right to data portability. These rights can be exercised by emailing contact@dixitplatform.com.
