Classifying with labels

  • Verified on
  • Scope France and Europe

A label is a tag you create and add to amendments, parliamentarians and other content, to classify them your own way.

Your categories, not ours, visible to your team when sharing is enabled.

In detail

A label is a tag you define yourself: by client, by file, by priority, by position. Favourable, Against, Priority 1, To follow, Client X file.

When label sharing is enabled for your organisation, your colleagues see the labels you add. That is what stops you approaching a contact a colleague is already working.

Where they are most useful

On amendments. Labels come through in the Word overview export of an amendment report, next to each amendment: that is where they turn reading work into a deliverable.

Finding what you have labelled

In Monitoring > Labels, or by filtering on a label from any table. A label is also a way of building a list: labelling thirty parliamentarians gives you a reusable distribution list.
