Why this is a source of its own
A written question to the Commission forces it to put in writing its reading of a text, its timetable or its intention. On a technical file, the Commission’s answer is often the most precise document publicly available, and it is quoted as such in negotiations.
The types
Written questions, questions for oral answer and questions put at question time. The Type filter separates written questions from oral ones, question time included.
Status
Pending while the answer is not published, Answer received afterwards. The Status filter also accepts Tracked, to find the questions where you switched the bell on.

Exporting
The export carries the author, their group, their member state, the date, the number, the title, the status, the text of the question, the text of the answer and the author’s email.
