Get a debate summary
Every transcribed sitting gets an automatic summary in the Summary tab of its page; with the Pro plan, you can ask for a tailored one.
An automatic summary already exists. You can ask for another one, shaped by your policy priorities.
In detail
The automatic summary
As soon as a debate is fully transcribed, a summary is produced and displayed on the page for the meeting. It is structured according to the type of meeting: a hearing, a legislative examination with its votes, and a question sitting are not summarised in the same way. This summary is also carried into the debate alert emails, which lets you decide at a glance whether the subject is worth opening the video for.
The tailored summary
With the Pro plan, you ask for a different reading of the same sitting, choosing a format and stating your priorities:

The Issues field is pre-filled with your declared policy priorities if you have turned that option on in your preferences. Every request is kept: you can go back to an earlier version and compare two readings of the same sitting.
The language of the summary
Summaries, automatic and tailored alike, are written in the language of the sitting: French for the Assemblée and the Sénat, English for the EU institutions, whatever the language of your account.
