In detail
We offer support and training sessions. The format we recommend is a forty-five-minute session on your real files: your bills, your parliamentarians, your alerts.
The three moments when a session pays off most
- When a new person joins the team. Forty-five minutes save them months of approximate use.
- Before a dense deadline, a budget session or the examination of a major bill. We set your alerts up together before the peak, not during it.
- When a team has drifted into diverging habits. A joint session puts everyone back on the same way of naming and classifying, which makes collective work usable.
