On the consultation page, filter the contributions by type of actor, country or date, then export them to Excel.

In detail
You filter the contributions by type of actor, by country or by date, then you export. The file contains the author, their country, their type of organisation, the date, a summary, the link to their public position and to their organisation.
The use before drafting
Before drafting your own contribution, export the other responses and read the summary column. You quickly identify the arguments already covered, the angles left open, and the organisations holding the same position as you, with which an alliance makes sense.
