Your alerts, searches and annotations remain within your organisation’s environment. Another Dixit customer cannot access them, even if it is working on the same policy file.
Within your organisation
- Your alerts and searches remain personal.
- Your labels and comments are shared with colleagues if sharing is enabled for your organisation. Otherwise, they remain personal.
- Your personalised summaries remain visible only to you.
Support and service operations
When you ask support for help, the Dixit team may access the information needed to handle that request. For example, at your request we can provide the list of a departing colleague’s alerts so that monitoring can continue. Internal access rules and confidentiality commitments are documented in our contractual and compliance materials.
Alert emails
They are sent to the account email address. No field lets you add another recipient yourself.
