Dixit goes and fetches the Commission registers and the CIRCABC platform: minutes, agendas, working documents, meeting reports. You are alerted to new meetings, to minutes, to new documents and, where the body has its members listed, to changes of function.
Why this is decisive
A regulation sets a principle. The implementing act sets the threshold, the measurement method and the date of entry into force. A file followed only at Parliament level escapes you at the precise moment it becomes operational for your sector.
The committees’ work runs several months ahead of formal adoption. Following it means seeing a decision coming before it is published, and that is the window in which an intervention still has an effect.
