Your labels and comments come through in amendment exports, and your labels in exports of parliamentarians and mandates.
Where they come through, and how to make the most of it.

The practical consequence is simple: if your annotation work has to come through in a deliverable, do that work on the amendments.
What your colleagues will see
That depends on a setting held by your organisation. If sharing is enabled, the export contains the annotations of the whole team. If it is not, each person exports only their own.
