My morning briefing
The briefing is the email that groups your alerts of the same frequency, one block per alert; the daily one goes out at 8.10 am Paris time.
One message at 8.10 am, gathering what your alerts have found.
In detail
The briefing is the daily form of your monitoring. Rather than one message per alert, you get a single email, at 8.10 am Paris time, covering everything your daily alerts have found since the day before.
How it is organised
One block per alert, in the order of your alerts. Inside a block, results are grouped by source type: amendments together, official gazette publications together, floor interventions together. That split is what lets you jump straight to the part that concerns you.
Each line carries the document title, its date and its origin. If you have kept links switched on in your preferences, one click takes you to the matching record in the platform.
Reading it in three minutes
- Scan the block headings. In ten seconds you know which of your subjects have moved.
- Open the block that matters today. The other blocks remain available later; the email does not expire.
- Click through to Dixit for whatever you want to work on. Sorting, labels and comments belong in the platform, not in the mailbox.
Setting what you receive
Frequency is chosen alert by alert, in Monitoring > Keywords then Update keyword alert. Grouping into a single email is set once and for all in Preferences, Personalisation block, with the option of including links to the platform or not.
