Find stakeholder consultation responses
Consultation responses are read in the Contributions tab of the Stakeholders space, or on each organisation’s profile.
Written, dated and signed positions, to read before drafting your own.
In detail
When the Commission opens a consultation, organisations file written responses that are public and signed. There a position is at once formalised, dated and attributable without ambiguity.
Two ways in
- Through the consultation. You want to know who has spoken on a text: open the consultation, and the list of responses gives you the map of positions.
- Through the organisation. You want to know an actor’s doctrine: open its profile, Contributions tab. You read its position over several years and you see whether it has shifted.
What you get out of it in practice
- A mapping of positions, up to date, on a live file.
- A history of doctrine, when you are preparing a meeting with an organisation.
- A list of possible allies: the organisations that wrote the same thing as you without your knowing it.
And for your own work
Responses export to Excel like any other table. An export on one consultation gives you, in a single operation, the material for a mapping note.
