In detail
First rule: write in English, the language of the documents.
Then type the start of the name of a group, a committee, an MEP or a label: Dixit offers the matches by heading, and one click turns them into a filter.
Searching for a reference
The bar accepts identifiers: type a procedure number such as 2021/0106(COD) and you land on it directly. Handy when someone quotes you a reference over the phone.
