Get notified about an Official Journal of the EU publication
A keyword alert covers the Official Journal of the Union, and following a procedure tells you about its new stages.
The moment your client needs to know what applies, and from when.
In detail
Two ways in, answering two different needs.
By subject
A keyword alert covers the Official Journal of the Union like any other source. Check that the source is ticked in the alert settings, write your keywords in English, and choose your frequency. For a regulatory subject, the daily frequency does the job: the morning email covers what has appeared since the previous one.
By file
On a procedure you follow with the bell, its new stages reach you right through to the publication of the final act, without you watching anything. That is the main reason to follow a file to the end rather than stopping at the plenary vote.
The right keyword
Exact phrases in quotation marks work better than isolated words: European regulatory vocabulary is stable, and a regulation writes "placing on the market" where you would say "mise sur le marché".
