Dixit goes looking for the words you wrote, exactly as you wrote them. It does not search for a subject, it searches for words. So write your keywords in the language of the documents: on the European corpus, that is English.
What to do
Write your keywords in English. If the same subject interests you in France and in Brussels, put both languages in the same alert:
