In detail

  1. As soon as amendments are tabled, filter, annotate, add your labels. Export: you have your analysis note before the debate.
  2. After the vote, re-export the same scope. The outcomes are up to date, your annotations are kept.

You get the review of the debate without doing the reading work again.

Why it works

Labels and comments are attached to the amendment, not to the export. An export is not a frozen snapshot: it is a query played again, and the outcomes read are those of the moment.
