What data Dixit holds about my organisation

  • Verified on
  • Scope France and Europe

Dixit stores the data of your account and your use of the service: profile, monitoring settings, labels, comments and personalised content.

Less than you think, and that is a deliberate choice.

In detail

The platform has no function allowing you to deposit your own documents, files or audio recordings. The data you provide directly to the service mainly includes:

  • user accounts and professional contact details,
  • monitoring settings: keywords, followed files and frequencies,
  • the profile each user writes to describe their role and policy priorities,
  • labels, comments and other annotations you add in the platform,
  • personalised summaries and content retained in your account when the product stores them.

The institutional documents, publications, amendments, debates and other material you consult in Dixit come from public sources that Dixit collects and structures.

For a contractual answer

If your legal team, DPO or procurement team needs the exact categories of data, retention periods or subprocessors, use our data processing agreement and compliance pack. Request them at support@dixitplatform.com: those documents take precedence over this help page.
