Find and follow a TRIS notification
A TRIS notification is found in the TRIS notifications tab of the Procedures card, and is followed with the bell icon on its profile.
Two moves, and you no longer discover a national standard at the moment it applies.
In detail
What you see in the list
| Column | Content |
|---|---|
| Country | The notifying member state |
| Name | The reference of the notification and the title of the draft |
| Start | The date of receipt by the Commission |
| End | The end of the standstill period |
What the profile contains
- The draft text notified, and the adopted text once it is adopted.
- The description and the justification given by the member state.
- The notifying authority and its contact address.
- The messages filed by the Commission and by the other member states.
- The impact assessment, where one is provided.
Two ways of being alerted
Following. The bell icon on a notification keeps you informed of how it develops, with the usual four frequencies.
The keyword alert. TRIS notifications are covered by the Legislative procedures source of your alert, on the Europe scope. A well chosen sector keyword therefore brings you the notifications of every member state, without your having to watch the database.
