Two organisation-level switches, and what they change for your team.
In detail
Two switches appear in Preferences, Personalisation block: Shared labels and Shared comments. You see them there read only. They commit the whole organisation, not your account alone: we switch them on for you, on request.
What sharing changes

Our recommendation
Turn it on on day one, not on the day somebody leaves. When a colleague leaves the team, their alerts stop with their access, but their labels and their comments remain if sharing is on. That is the difference between recovering six months of amendment qualification and losing it.
The case of agencies
If you work for several clients within the same Dixit organisation, sharing makes your labels visible to your colleagues, including those working for another client. Name your labels accordingly, and talk to us about your organisation if you need separation: it is a subject we deal with regularly.
